Terms & Conditions

A Signed Contract and a 50% non refundable retainer is required to secure date.

Trial appointments are held in studio or on location (traveling to you) trials will require a travel fee.

Assistant fee will be added for events (5 people or more) for package services.

Travel is $65 an hour to and from location for EACH artist.

Weddings over 3 hours away will require an overnight stay, bride is required to pay for necessary room accommodations for stylists.

An overnight fee of $200 is charged PER artist.

Holiday fee $175 flat rate with Lani, $25 for each stylist added

Relocating fee may be charged when applicable

Gratuity is not included in any pricing, but is GREATLY appreciated.

1. How far in advance should I book my wedding hair and makeup?
I always recommend booking 9–12 months in advance — especially during peak wedding season! Once you’ve chosen your date and venue, securing your beauty team early ensures your dream morning runs smoothly. My bridal packages tend to book quickly, so locking in your date early is the best way to make sure you’re covered.

2. Do you offer both hair and makeup, or can I book just one service?
Yes! You can book hair, makeup, or both — but most of my brides love the ease and calm of having one cohesive beauty team handle it all. My SoNu Signature and Luxe Bridal Packages include both services so you can relax knowing everything is perfectly coordinated.

3. What’s included in a bridal trial, and when should I schedule it?
Your bridal trial is where your vision comes to life! We’ll walk through your inspiration, dress, hair accessories, and personal style — then design a look that feels like you, only elevated. Your trial is included in most bridal packages and is typically scheduled 3–4 months before your wedding for the perfect timing and peace of mind.

4. Do you travel on-location for weddings? Are there travel fees?
Yes, absolutely! My team and I bring the full SoNu experience to you — whether that’s at your venue, hotel, or home. Travel fees vary by location and will always be discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

5. How long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?
We typically allow 45 minutes to 1 hour per service for each person. For the bride, we take a little extra time to perfect every detail. You’ll also receive a customized timeline as part of your package so your morning flows effortlessly and stress-free.

6. Do you offer services for bridesmaids, mothers, and flower girls?
Yes! We love pampering your entire bridal party. From your bridesmaids to your mom, everyone deserves to feel beautiful and confident. My Bridal Party Packages are designed to create a seamless and fun morning where everyone feels included and cared for.

7. What kind of makeup do you use, and will it last all day?
We use luxury, professional-grade products that photograph beautifully and last from your “I do” to your last dance. Your makeup will feel weightless yet flawless — and yes, it’s made to hold up through happy tears, hugs, and a full day of love.

8. Do you offer airbrush makeup?
Yes! Airbrush is available upon request and gives that soft, filter-like finish that lasts all day. It’s perfect for brides wanting a lightweight, natural glow that still looks flawless in photos.

9. What if I don’t usually wear much makeup? Will I still look like myself?
Absolutely. My goal is for you to look in the mirror and feel like your most beautiful self. I specialize in soft, natural glam that enhances your features without covering who you are. You’ll still feel like you — just radiant, confident, and ready to walk down the aisle.

10. How do I secure my date? Do you require a deposit?

11. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I completely understand that life can bring the unexpected. All cancellations or changes are handled with grace and outlined in your contract so you always know your options. My goal is to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

12. Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Yes! For larger groups, we bring in additional trusted artists so everyone receives the same luxury experience and we stay perfectly on schedule. No matter how big your party is, the morning will flow effortlessly — calm, fun, and full of beautiful moments.

    Without her I don’t believe my wedding would have been as seamless as it was.

    I was struggling to find someone to work with me for my elopement, as most HMUA didn’t want to take me on being a solo bride, with no wedding party.
